Obstacle Course Challenge

Invent a noncompetitive obstacle course that involves stations or steps. (Do not make it too hart or complicated.) A sample course could be 1) run to a tree and crawl around it; 2) walk backward to the sidewalk; 3) jump over this stick three times; and 4) hop to the finish line. If more than one child is participating have them do the obstacle one at a time and never time them to determine who is faster. Remind them that everyone is a winner! Finish off with a refreshing drink and a delicious healthy snack.
