Materials:
* dinner size paper plate cut
* macaroni noodles
* kid craft glue
* paint, glitter or even spray paint (if parents use it only) in colors of choice
* wallet size photo of child
* scissors
* tape
Cut plate into a heart shape and cut out a smile heart or circle in the middle that is the right size for the child's photo to be seen. (Do not put the photo in yet!) Let the child glue macaroni all over the plate for decorations then use glue, spray paint, or regular paint to create a fancy frame. When dry, simply tape the child's photo on the back along with the tot's name and date.
